  • Your User Content does not contain any defamatory, obscene, offensive, or illegal material
  • Your User Content does not contain viruses, malware, or other harmful code

Maggie's Edit reserves the right, but is not obligated, to monitor, edit, or remove any User Content at our sole discretion, for any reason or no reason, including User Content that we determine violates these Terms.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO MAGGIE'S EDIT IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Maggie's Edit, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your use of WardrobeIntel.com, including but not limited to your User Content
  • Your violation of any rights of another party, including any intellectual property rights
  • Your violation of any applicable law, rule, or regulation

We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to WardrobeIntel.com immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or by using the account deletion features available on the site. Upon termination of your account, we may, but are not obligated to, delete your User Content and account information.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification obligations, and limitations of liability.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Maggie's Edit is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of WardrobeIntel.com shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. The arbitration will be conducted in the English language.

You and Maggie's Edit agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, you and Maggie's Edit each waive any right to a jury trial.

13. Changes to Terms

Maggie's Edit reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on WardrobeIntel.com and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
